The Charts Below Show the Average Percentages in Typical meals of three Types of Nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

The given pie charts provide information about the average proportions in three different nutrients (sodium, saturated fat and added sugar. The data is calibrated in percentage.
Overall, it is evident that the levels of sodium and saturated fat in dinner are the highest, and opposite is true breakfast. Meanwhile snacks contain the highest proportion of added sugar
To begin, dinner and lunch have the largest ratio of both sodium 43% for dinner and 29% for lunch.in contrast the figures for added sugar in an average meal for dinner and lunch is much lower ,with 23% and 19% respectively.
Moving further, with regards to snacks and breakfast, both are made up of 14% sodium. As for saturated fats, the average percentage is 21 %, slightly higher than that in breakfast, at 16%. In terms of added sugar, a considerable disparity can be seen in the figures for snacks and breakfast, with 42% for the former and only 16% for the later.
